Plier handles rotate to any position above the head while the jaw assembly goes into the spring cavity. Can be used straight or at any angle up to 90 degrees. Jaw tip includes a thin ledge for hooking underneath stubborn valve stem seals. 4 vertical raised ridges on inner diameter of jaws to help grip the outside diameter of the seal.
